HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Message us so we can send you the order form.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOMIZED ORDERS?

Yes. We accept for any themes, colors, flavors, and add-ons.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

As of the moment, we’re only accepting BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or Gcash.

DO I NEED TO PAY IN WHOLE RIGHT AWAY?

For custom cakes/sweets

You can pay the whole amount  or pay 50% downpayment for order confirmation.

The other 50% shall be paid upon personal pick up or at least an hour before courier pick up.

(P5,000 and above orders shall be fully paid 2 days before the delivery)

For weekly specials

Full payment is a must.
(A certain value of order shall be entitled to free delivery within selected areas depending on the promo for the week)

DO YOU HAVE O.R.?

Yes.

ARE DOWNPAYMENTS REFUNDABLE?

Downpayments are non-refundable. Instead we offer change of date or transfer to another person as credit.
(Subject to approval by the management if reason is acceptable, i.e. pandemic or such)

>Change of date and transfer< – Only if the order has not yet been made, rescheduled date will depend on our availability.

In case of any order cancellation, Downpayments are non-refundable.

DO YOU MEET UPS OR DELIVERIES

For a minimum order, we offer FREE meet ups or deliveries at:

For areas outside the said areas:

We are open to TNVS pick up/delivery but we will not be liable to all possible damages or loss during transport.

DISCLAIMER:

We do not use our client’s personal information for different purposes other than to deliver our service at the right place and time needed.

We do ask permission from the client if ever their face or any personal set up is to be uploaded on our website/social media pages.

I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER, WHAT TO DO?

Message us right away for any concerns, we will do out best to sort whatever we can do.
We will gladly accommodate complaints that are reasonable and when it is obviously our fault. 

To prevent such situations, kindly communicate with us all your desired details so we can take note of your specific preferences. Please don’t assume that we automatically know what you want. Just because we’re doing this for years now, we still don’t have the superpower of reading everybody’s mind. Everybody has their own preferences. 🙂

In same instance, if you let us take over the design details for custom products, please don’t assume it will be the same with your imagination in mind.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes if

  • The order date is still 2 weeks away. (Only applicable to orders not requiring special pre-order or custom structure)
  • The smaller cake/sweets order is still 3 days away.
  • If the order hasn’t been prepared yet.

No if

  • The order date is less than 2 weeks away, but if really needed, we will asses how much will be the additional charge on top of the original price for us to execute the changes you want.
  • If we have finished doing your order, but if really needed, we will asses how much will be the additional charge on top of the original price for us to execute the changes you want.
  • No if the cake is already done, and you want to make last minute revisions, but if really needed we will asses if we can do it and how much will be the additional charge on top of the original price for us to execute the changes you want.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER

No problem, just note that all downpayments are NON-REFUNDABLE which is 50%. The other half can be refunded given that the goods/order are not yet rendered. If already on the way to delivery/picked up/delivered/consumed/rendered, nothing will be refunded.
